The room price includes:

  • Rich island breakfast from our breakfast buffet in the restaurant
  • Bowl of apples
  • A bottle of Water
  • Entrance to the wellness area
  • Bath robe, slippers and towels during your stay in the hotel (deposit of €50.- you get back after you bring the bath robe back)
  • Complimentary WLAN access

Prices for children
(applies to all room categories):

  • Baby cot / up to 3 years of age: free of charge
  • 4 – 6 years of age: € 15,-
  • 7 – 12 years of age: € 30,-

Parking spot:

  • Free limited car park in front of the hotel or in the underground car park

  • you can rent a parking place for your stay for €15,- per day

Half-board:

  • All guests who have booked half-board can enjoy a 3 course evening meal in our restaurant; price € 38,-.

Conditions:

  • The prices will be calculated per room
  • Visitor’s tax amounting to € 2,50 in the main season and € 1,00 in the off-season per person per night is not included in the main price but must be paid separately.
  • Check in: from 4.00 p.m. / check out: 11.30 a.m.
  • Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation conditions:

Should you not be able to travel, we would attempt to sublet your room. If we do not manage to sublet your room to other guests in time, we will have to charge cancellation fees based on the total price as follows:

  • Up to 28 days before arrival: none
  • Up to 14 days before arrival: 50%
  • 13 to 7 days before arrival: 75%
  • 6 to 1 day before arrival: 90%
  • Cancellation upon arrival day, non-appearance or early departure: 100%

We try to act in a resource-saving and environmentally conscious way in our hotel.

We therefore no longer consider daily room cleaning to be in keeping with the times. Lake Constance supplies 4 million people in around 320 towns and communities with drinking water. We live from, on and in Lake Constance and therefore have a responsibility to ensure that our children and grandchildren also have something from “our” lake.

For this reason, we clean our rooms every 3rd day and on departure. No longer daily!

For each lead cleaning, up to 10 litres of water (cleaning washbasin, toilet, shower, floor and the surfaces) are used, approx. 0.20 kWh of electricity is saved per room and up to 200 g of chemicals are no longer added to the environment.
