Our conferencing range can be tailored to meet your needs. “SUNRISE”

From 10 to 100 people

From 8 am to 2 pm

Our conference room is able to seat up to 100 people (approx. 150 sqm).

The following services are included in your ‘Sunrise’ conference:

  • 1 x refreshment break with tea, coffee and butter pretzels

  • 1 x 2-course menu with table water for lunch

  • Mineral water, coffee and tea station in the conference room

  • Standard equipment (digital projector and screen, 1 x pinboard, 1 x flipchart, moderator’s toolkit)

Per person (without overnight accommodation): from € 64.00

Per person (with overnight accommodation): from € 169.00

Additional night per person:
from € 105.00

“HAPPY DAY”

From 10 to 100 people

From 8 am to 8 pm

Our conference room is able to seat up to 100 people (approx. 150 sqm).

The following services are included in your ‘Happy Day’ conference:

  • 2 x refreshment break with tea and coffee; one with butter pretzels and the other with cake/pastries

  • 1 x 2-course menu with table water for lunch

  • 1 x 2-course menu with a selection from two main course options, plus table water for dinner

  • Mineral water, coffee and tea station in the conference room

  • Standard equipment (digital projector and screen, 1 x pinboard, 1 x flipchart, moderator’s toolkit)

Per person (without overnight accommodation): from € 83.00

Per person (with overnight accommodation): from € 188.00

Additional night per person:

From 3 pm to 8 pm

Our conference room is able to seat up to 100 people (approx. 150 sqm).

The following services are included in your ‘Sunset’ conference:

  • 1 x 2-course menu with table water for dinner

  • Mineral water, coffee and tea station in the conference room

  • Standard equipment (digital projector and screen, 1 x pinboard, 1 x flipchart, moderator’s toolkit)

Per person (with overnight accommodation): from € 169.00

Additional night per person:

Active Break

Would you like to take a short break during your work and move briefly but intensively? Our licensed personal trainer will be happy to help you.

Minimum number of participants: 8 person
Price per person: € 10.-
If you are less than 8 person. This is of course no problem. We will charge you € 80.-.
Duration: 30 minutes
Place: Abt-Berno-Saal or outside
